摘 要:为了解决钛制核电乏燃料后处理溶解槽的氩弧焊单面焊双面成型半管夹套焊接结构疲劳设计寿命评估的问题,对该结构进行疲劳试验研究,结合有限元模拟和试验结果,基于ASMEⅧ-2弹性当量应力法、国际焊接协会IIW虚拟缺口应力法和EN 13445外推热点应力法,对半管夹套焊接结构的疲劳寿命进行评估和对比分析。结果表明,采用PD 5500-D曲线作为钛合金材料的疲劳设计曲线,按ASMEⅧ-2弹性当量应力法或国际焊接协会IIW虚拟缺口应力法,对钛制半管夹套焊接结构的疲劳寿命评估,所得的结果具有安全裕度;基于疲劳设计曲线为G2曲线的EN 13445外推热点应力法,也适用于钛制半管夹套焊接结构的疲劳寿命评估,所得的结果同样具有安全裕度。基于PD 5500-F2曲线的EN 13445外推热点应力法,对钛制半管夹套焊接结构的疲劳寿命进行预测,所得结果与试验结果过于接近,安全裕度不足。The fatigue test of a titanium half-pipe weld jacket was conducted,which was welded by argon arc using the technology of double-side formation with one-side welding in a post-treatment titanium dissolving tank for spent nuclear power fuel.According to the results of finite element analysis and tests,the fatigue life of the titanium half-pipe weld jacket structures was evaluated and compared based on the elastic equivalent stress method in ASMEⅧ-2,the virtual notch stress method in the International Welding Association IIW and the extrapolated hot spot stress method in EN 13445.The results show that there is a safe margin for the evaluated life of the titanium half-pipe weld jacket by the PD 5500-D curves as the fatigue design curves of titanium alloy and based on both the elastic equivalent stress method in ASMEⅧ-2 and the virtual notch stress method in IIW.The EN 13445 extrapolated hot spot stress method based on the fatigue design curve G2 is also suitable for the fatigue life evaluation of titanium half-pipe jacket welded structures,and the results obtained also have a safety margin.However,when predicting the fatigue life of the titanium half-pipe jacket welded structure using the extrapolated hot stress method in EN 13445 based on the PD 5500-F2 curve,the evaluated life is too close to the test life,resulting in insufficient safe margin.
