摘 要:Ti65合金是我国自主设计的使用温度在600~650℃的近α型高温钛合金。对Ti65合金分别在T_(β)-40℃、T_(β)-20℃、T_(β)+15℃锻造温度下进行40%和60%变形量的锻造变形试验,研究了不同锻造温度和变形量对合金的显微组织形态、室温拉伸性能、650℃高温拉伸性能、蠕变和持久性能的影响规律。结果表明,Ti65合金在锻造温度为T_(β)-40℃时,可以获得由初生α相和β转变组织组成的双态组织;锻造温度为T_(β)-20℃时,获得由初生α相、β转变组织和短棒状次生α相组成的三态组织;锻造温度为T_(β)+15℃时,获得由条状次生α相和β相交叉编织成的网篮组织。随着变形量的增加,显微组织的形态和体积分数均会发生变化,3种锻造组织的Ti65合金的室温抗拉强度和650℃高温抗拉强度均随着变形量的增加而升高,其中双态组织的室温拉伸性能和高温拉伸性能优于其他组织,而网篮组织的蠕变抗性和持久性能优于其他组织。Ti65 alloy developed independently in China is a kind of nearlyα-type high-temperature titanium alloy for using at the temperature range from 600 to 650℃.Forging experiments with 40%and 60%deformation were conducted at T_(β)-40℃,T_(β)-20℃,and T_(β)+15℃,in order to discuss the effect of different forging temperatures and deformations on the microstructure,room temperature tensile properties,650℃tensile properties,creep and persistent performance of Ti65 alloy.The results show that,forging at T_(β)-40℃can obtain duplex microstructure composed of primaryαphase andβtransition microstructure,forging at T_(β)-20℃can obtain tri-modal microstructure composed of primaryαphase,βphase,and short rod-shaped secondaryαphase,forging at T_(β)+15℃can obtain basketweave structure interwoven with striped secondaryαandβphase.With the increase of deformation,the morphology and volume fraction of microstructure will change.For Ti65 alloys with three microstructure characteristics,their room temperature tensile strength and high temperature tensile strength all increase with the increase of deformation.The room temperature tensile properties and high temperature tensile properties of the duplex microstructure are superior to those of other microstructures.The creep resistance and durability of the basketweave structure are superior to other microstructures.
