摘 要:为研究云岭牛早期生长性能及生长发育规律,试验测定并分析出生、3月龄(断奶)、6月龄和12月龄共420头云岭牛的体重数据,利用平均日增重和相对生长率描述云岭牛的生长速度和生长强度,应用Brody、Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 4种非线性模型拟合云岭牛早期体重的生长曲线。结果表明:除6月龄云岭牛公牛体重显著高于母牛外(P<0.05),其余各月龄云岭牛公牛、母牛的体重均差异不显著(P>0.05),12月龄公牛、母牛平均体重分别为(279.50±39.07)kg和(261.23±34.66)kg。公牛、母牛均在6月龄达到绝对生长高峰,12月龄的绝对生长速度最低。公牛、母牛的相对生长曲线较一致,均表现为随着月龄增长而不断降低的趋势。4种模型对体重生长曲线的拟合效果都较好,但Gompertz模型的拟合度最大,拟合得出出生至12月龄云岭牛公牛的生长曲线方程为y=344.435e-2.300exp(-0.201t),母牛为y=329.537e-2.279exp(-0.190t),拟合效果最优。说明Gompertz模型最适合用于云岭牛发育早期体重的生长规律研究。To study the early growth performance and the laws of growth and development of Yunling cattle,the body weight data of 420 Yunling cattle at birth,3 months,6 months and 12 months were measured and analyzed in this experiment.Average daily gain and relative growth rate were used to describe the growth rate and intensity of Yunling cattle,and four nonlinear models including Brody,Logistic,Gompertz,and Von Bertalanffy were used to fit the growth curve of early body weight of Yunling cattle.The results showed that except that the weight of the 6-month-old male Yunling cattle was significantly higher than that of the female Yunling cattle(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in body weight between male and female Yunling cattle at other months of age(P>0.05).The average weight of 12-month-old male and female cattle reached(279.50±39.07)kg and(261.23±34.66)kg,respectively.Both male and female cattle reached the absolute growth peak at 6 months of age,and the absolute growth rate was the lowest at 12 months of age.The relative growth curves of male and female cattle were relatively consistent,showing a continuous decreasing trend with the increase of age.The four models all had good fitting effects on the weight growth curve,but the Gompertz model had the highest fitting degree and the best fitting effect.The growth curve equation of male Yunling cattle from birth to 12 months of age was y=344.435e~(-2.3exp(-0.201t)),and that of cows was y=329.537e~(-2.279exp(-0.19t))which had the best fitting effect,indicating that the Gompertz model was most suitable for studying the growth pattern of early weight development in Yunling cattle.
