摘　　要：为了探讨不同比例益生菌发酵饲料对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标及养殖经济效益的影响,试验选择体重相近的“杜×长×大”商品育肥猪200头,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1,2,3组分别饲喂添加由0.5%、1.0%、2.0%益生菌发酵饲料(添加量为10%)的基础日粮,预试期1周,正试期8周,试验结束后测定育肥猪的生长性能指标、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标,并进行了经济效益分析。结果表明:与对照组比较,试验2,3组育肥猪的末重、平均日增重均显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙和总磷的表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05),血清中碱性磷酸酶活性、白蛋白质量浓度显著升高(P<0.05);试验1,2,3组血清中尿素氮、胆固醇及游离脂肪酸浓度显著降低(P<0.05),养殖利润分别提高9.51%、20.93%、16.81%。说明育肥猪饲喂适量的发酵饲料可以提高机体对饲料养分的表观消化率,促进蛋白质沉积,降低胆固醇浓度,提高生长性能和养殖利润,以添加1.0%益生菌发酵的饲料养殖效益最好。In order to investigate the effects of fermented feed with different proportions on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indexes and breeding economic benefits of fattening pigs,200“Duroc×Landrace×Yokshire”triplex fattening pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 fattening pigs per replicate.Finishing pigs in the control group were fed the basal diet and the pigs in the trial groups 1,2 and 3 were fed a basal diet 10%fermented with 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%probiotics,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 1 week and the experimental period was 8 weeks.The growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of fattening pigs were measured after the experiment,and the economic benefit was analyzed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,the average daily weight gain,the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,calcium and total phosphorus,the activity of alkaline phosphatase and the concentration of albumin in serum of fattening pigs in the test groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The levels of blood urea nitrogen,cholesterol and free fatty acid in the test groups 1,2 and 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the profit in the test groups 1,2 and 3 was increased by 9.51%,20.93%and 16.81%,respectively.These results indicated that feeding proper fermented feed to fattening pigs could improve the apparent digestibility of feed nutrients,promote protein deposition,reduce cholesterol level and improve growth performance and breeding profit;the feed with 1.0%probiotic fermentation had the best breeding benefit.
