摘  要:为了解脐橙渣和甜叶菊渣混合微贮饲料对肉牛血清短链脂肪酸的代谢调控,试验以20头22月龄西门塔尔杂交公牛为研究对象,随机将其分为Q1组、Q2组、Q3组、Q4组,每组5头。Q1组饲喂含30.0%微贮稻草的基础日粮,Q2组和Q3组分别用24.0%微贮甜叶菊渣、24.0%微贮脐橙渣等比例替换基础日粮中微贮稻草饲喂肉牛,Q4组用12.0%微贮甜叶菊渣和12.0%微贮脐橙渣等比例替换基础日粮中微贮稻草饲喂肉牛,试验期为12周,其中预试期1周,正试期11周,试验结束后统计各组肉牛平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比。试验最后1天,各组肉牛颈静脉采血,分离血清,用于短链脂肪酸质量浓度测定及代谢组学分析。结果表明:Q4组平均日增重显著高于Q1组和Q3组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于Q1组和Q3组(P<0.05)。与Q1组相比,Q2组、Q3组和Q4组血清中乙酸质量浓度均有所上调,戊酸和己酸质量浓度均有所下调,且Q4组血清中乙酸和丙酸质量浓度与其他三组相比均有所上调。各组血清短链脂肪酸代谢物组成有所不同,Q2组和Q4组肉牛血清短链脂肪酸代谢物组成最为接近,Q1组和Q3组短链脂肪酸代谢物组成最为接近。肉牛平均日增重、平均日采食量与乙酸质量浓度呈正相关(P>0.05),平均日增重与丁酸质量浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),料重比与丁酸质量浓度呈显著负相关(P<0.05),且Q4组与Q1组在有机系统和新陈代谢信号通路方面具有富集作用。说明饲喂脐橙渣和甜叶菊渣混合微贮饲料可提高肉牛生长性能和血清中乙酸、丙酸质量浓度,并通过调控肉牛有机系统和新陈代谢信号通路促进营养物质的消化和吸收。In order to investigate the metabolic regulation of microsilage mixed with navel orange residue and stevia residue on serum short chain fatty acids(SCFAs)in beef cattle,20 Simmental hybrid bulls aged 22 months were randomly divided into Q1 group,Q2 group,Q3 group and Q4 group.Each group had 5 cattle.The cattle in the Q1 group were fed a basal diet containing 30.0%microbial silage rice straw,the cattle in the Q2 group and Q3 group were fed the basal diet with 24.0%microbial silage stevia residue and 24.0%microbial silage navel orange residue,respectively,which were replaced by microbial silage in the basal diet in equal proportions.The microbial silage rice straw in the Q4 group was replaced in the basal diet with a mixture of 12.0%microbial silage stevia residue and 12.0%microbial silage navel orange residue in equal proportions.The experimental period was 12 weeks,including a pre-trial period of 1 week and a formal period of 11 weeks.After the experiment,the average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed/gain(F/G)of beef cattle in each group were calculated.On the last day of the experiment,blood was collected from the beef cattle in each group through the jugular vein,and serum was separated for SCFAs mass concentration determination and metabolomic analysis.The results showed that the ADG in the Q4 group was significantly higher than that in the Q1 group and Q3 group(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly lower that in the Q1 group and Q3 group(P<0.05).Compared with Q1 group,the mass concentration of acetic acid in the serum of Q2 group,Q3 group and Q4 group were increased,while the mass concentrations of valeric acid and caproic acid were decreased.Additionally,the mass concentrations of acetic acid and propionic acid in the serum in the Q4 group were increased compared with the other three groups.The compositions of serum SCFAs metabolites in each group were different,among which the compositions of serum SCFAs in the Q2 group and Q4 group were the closest,and the SCFAs compositions in the Q1 gro
