摘　　要：本文从藏象学说角度探讨肾与骨的关系,利于全面地理解肾骨系统,为后续肾骨系统疾病的治疗与药物开发奠定基础。本文从“藏”出发,以脏腑理论为基础,结合中医古籍对肾与骨的描述,阐释肾与骨的关联。查找相关文献从生理与病理角度阐释“肾主骨”的科学内涵,再分析“肾主骨”研究成果在肾骨系统疾病治疗中的应用。肾与骨在中医藏象学说里关系密切,在现代认识中是生理相关,病理互及。本文综述“肾主骨”的科学内涵及现代应用,以期为临床治疗肾骨系统疾病提供科学的理论依据。This paper discusses the relationship between kidney and bone from the perspective of the theory of visceral manifestations,which is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of the renal and bone system and lays the foundation for the treatment and drug development of subsequent renal and bone system diseases.Starting from"viscera"and based on the theory of zang-fu and the description of kidney and bone in ancient Chinese medicine,this paper combines the description of kidney and bone in ancient Chinese medicine literature to explain the relationship between kidney and bone.Search for relevant literature to explain the scientific connotation of"kidney dominating bone"from the physiological and pathological perspectives,and then analyze the application of the research results of"kidney dominating bone"in the treatment of renal and bone system diseases.The relationship between the kidney and bone is closely related in the theory of visceral manifestations in traditional Chinese medicine,and in modern understanding,they are physiologically related and pathologically interrelated.This paper summarizes the scientific connotation and modern application of"kidney dominating bone"in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical treatment of renal and bone system diseases.
