摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是重要的公共卫生问题之一,由其发展而来的终末期肾病死亡风险高,严重危害人类健康。腹膜透析是终末期肾病患者的主要替代疗法之一,具有操作简便、成本低等独特优势,亦有局限性。腹膜透析相关腹膜纤维化是长期腹膜透析主要且严重的并发症之一,可导致腹膜超滤衰竭并使透析终止。防治腹膜纤维化具有重要临床意义。巨噬细胞可调控器官炎症及纤维化进程。在腹膜纤维化中,巨噬细胞是诱导及加速疾病进展的关键因素。巨噬细胞可通过诱导上皮-间质转化、向M1及M2极化、受Th17细胞调控等而促进腹膜纤维化。本文拟就巨噬细胞调控腹膜纤维化进行综述,以期为未来腹膜纤维化相关研究提供参考。Chronic kidney disease is one of the important public health problems,and the end-stage renal disease developed from chronic kidney disease has a high risk of death,which seriously harms human health.Peritoneal dialysis is one of the main alternative therapies for patients with end-stage renal disease,which has unique advantages such as simple operation and low cost,but also has limitations.Peritoneal fibrosis(PF)associated with peritoneal dialysis is one of the major and serious complications of long-term peritoneal dialysis,which can lead to peritoneal ultrafiltration failure and stop dialysis.Prevention and treatment of peritoneal fibrosis has important clinical significance.Macrophages can regulate organ inflammation and fibrosis.Macrophages are the key factors to induce and accelerate the progress of peritoneal fibrosis.Macrophages can promote peritoneal fibrosis by inducing epithelial mesenchymal transition,polarization towards M1 and M2,and being regulated by Th17 cells.In this paper,the regulation of peritoneal fibrosis by macrophages is reviewed,in order to provide reference for future research on peritoneal fibrosis.
