平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷对脾虚湿阻型肥胖的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷对脾虚湿阻型肥胖的疗效。方法选取100例2022年12月至2023年12月福建中医药大学附属晋江中医院收治的脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组予以穴位贴敷干预,观察组予以平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷干预。对两组的中医症状评分、肥胖相关指标、总有效率及血脂水平进行比较。结果观察组干预后的肥胖、浮肿、肢体困重、疲乏无力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的体重、体重指数、腰围低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为4.00%,与对照组的2.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者实施平衡火罐联合穴位贴敷干预可进一步减轻其肥胖症状,提升肥胖干预效果,并促进血脂指标改善,且此方案安全性理想。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of balanced cupping combined with acupoint application on obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction.Methods 100 obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction admitted to Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application intervention in,and the observation group were treated with balanced cupping combined with acupoint application intervention.The TCM symptom score,obesity-related indexes,total effective rate and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of obesity,edema,limb fatigue and weakness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body weight,body mass index and waist circumference of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(78.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group after intervention were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was not statistically different(P>0.05)from that in the control group(2.00%).Conclusion The balanced cupping combined with acupoint application intervention for obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction can further alleviate their obesity symptoms,improve the effect of ob
