中医阴阳学说与苗医冷热两纲理论之对比研究

摘　　要：苗药在治疗很多疾病方面很有优势,各种苗药制剂也颇有疗效,但目前苗医治疗疾病的医学理论体系并不十分完备,出现了“医”不如“药”的发展状态。文章参考中医的理论发展过程,进行中医阴阳学说与苗医冷热两纲理论的对比研究,初步探索得出两种理论的差异性和相通之处,为进一步挖掘整理苗医医学理论体系的内涵作参考,为苗医医学理论体系的发展完善奠定相关理论基础。Many Miao medicine products are demonstrating significant effectiveness in treating diseases.Various Miao medicine formulations have become widely circulated,yet the medical theoretical system for treating diseases in Miao medicine is not yet fully developed,leading to a situation where the emphasis is more on the medicine rather than the medical theory.This article,by referencing the development process of traditional Chinese medicine theory,compares the theories of Yin-Yang in traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of cold and heat in Miao medicine.This preliminary exploration aims to identify the differences and similarities between the two theories,providing a reference for further exploring and organizing the essence of the Miao medical theory system,and laying the theoretical foundation for the improvement and development of the Miao medical theory system.
