从五脏角度解析小青龙汤组方特点

摘　　要：小青龙汤的主要病机为外寒内饮,本方的病位以肺为主,涉及多个脏腑。寒饮的生成和五脏相关,五脏功能失调,则寒饮内生,伏于肺脏,受外寒引动,内外合邪,发为咳喘。通过研究小青龙汤的用药与五脏的关系可以得知,本方剂体现了解表达邪以复肺之通调、温肺散寒以化饮、肃降肺气以降逆水饮、补益心脾肾之阳气以温散水饮、注重保护肾气与滋养肝血以顾护正气等诸多特点。从分析五脏对寒饮生成的影响这一角度解读小青龙汤的组方思路,为本方的研究提供了新的视角。The primary pathogenesis associated with the Xiaoqinglong Decoction involves an exterior cold syndrome combined with internal cold fluid,primarily affecting the lungs and various visceral organs.The generation of cold fluid is related to the five zang viscera,five zang viscera is dysfunctional,then the cold fluid endogenous,lying in the lungs,caused by the external cold,lung qi with the cold fluid of the cough and dyspnea.By studying the relationship between the medication of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and five zang viscera,the formula of the Xiaoqinglong Decoction reflects many characteristics,relieving exterior syndrome with pungent and warm nature drugs,relieving lung governing regulation of water passages,descending lung qi to reduce the cold fluid,strengthening the yang qi of the heart,spleen and kidney to warm cold fluid,paying attention to protecting kidney qi and nourishing liver blood to protect vital qi.From the perspective of analyzing the influence of five zang viscera on the formation of cold fluid,the composition characteristics of Xiaoqinglong Decoction were interpreted,which provided a new perspective for the study of this decoction.
