摘　　要：匝迪-5味丸对赫依病尤为有效,有镇赫依、强心、安神、镇心脏赫依之功效,临床常用于治疗心跳加速、心悸、心神不安、叹气、气喘、心绞痛及失眠、抑郁等。匝迪-5味丸是蒙医学经典复方,但其出处尚未明确。文章通过查阅16世纪前蒙藏医相关文献,17~19世纪、近现代初期蒙医学家著作及近10年研究报道及文献,整理肉豆蔻为主药的5味复方药及其配比、功能主治及研究进展,提出匝迪-5味丸的最早出处,探索其临床辨证用药特征演变,从而加深匝迪-5味丸的配伍及临床应用特点,为其开发利用及临床应用提供参考依据。Zadi-5 a Mongolian classical compound treating cardiac Heyi disease,is used for clinical treatment of Heyi increased in heart symptoms like tachycardia,Palpitation,dysphoria,asthma,angina,insomnia and depression.But the origin of Zadi-5 has not been clarified.In this review,authors are referring the Mongolian and Tibetan ancient manuscriptsand academic reportswritten in 16 Century ago,17-19 century and modern times,reorganize the proportion,major function,and research progress of compounds which consist of 5 drugs to define the origin,explore the evolution of clinical characteristic use dialectically.In addition,deepen the compatibility and clinical application characteristics of Zadi-5 and provide theoretical evidence for its development,utilization and clinical application.
