基于效应成分指数的丹参配方颗粒的质量评价研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨效应成分指数在丹参配方颗粒质量评价中的应用研究。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定丹参配方颗粒中丹参素、原儿茶酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、丹酚酸A、二氢丹参酮I、丹参酮I、隐丹参酮、丹参酮IIA共9个化学成分的含量,并应用基于抗血小板聚集的丹参活血效应成分指数公式,建立关联药效的不同厂家、不同批次的丹参配方颗粒效应成分指数。结果:不同批号的9个成分含量有一定的差异,2个厂家的4个丹参酮含量有显著差异,22个批次的效应成分指数为0.0710~0.4923,提示批次间抗血小板聚集药效存在差异。结论:效应成分指数可以反映出丹参配方颗粒的抗血小板聚集的活性强弱,可为丹参配方颗粒的质量评价提供新的方法。Objective To explore the application of effect-constituents index(ECI)in the quality evaluation of Salviae Miltiorrhizae granules(SMG).Method The contents of salvianolic acid,protocatechuic acid,rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B,salvianolic acid A,dihydrotanshinone I,tanshinone I,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone IIA in SMG were determined by HPLC method.The ECI formula based on anti-platelet aggregation was used to establish the correlation between different manufacturers and batches of SMG.Result The contents of 9 components in different batches were different.The contents of tanshinones in two manufacturers were significantly different.The ECI of 22 batches was 0.0710-0.4923,indicating that there were differences in the anti-platelet aggregation effect among different batches.Conclusion The ECI can reflect the activity of anti-platelet aggregation of SMG,and provide a new method for the quality evaluation of SMG.
