泡核桃青皮氯仿部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究泡核桃青皮氯仿部位的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取法,硅胶柱层析、SephadexLH-20柱色谱对化学成分进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振波谱并结合文献数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从泡核桃青皮氯仿部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:核桃酮(1)、4-羟基-α-四氢萘酮(2)、5-羟基-2-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(3)、白桦酸(4)、亚油酸甲酯(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、齐墩果酸(7)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(8)、香草醛(9)、galeon(10)、Juglanin A(11)、5α,8α-表二氧化麦角甾-6,22(E)-二烯-3β-醇(12)。结论:化合物5和8首次从胡桃属植物中分离得到,化合物9、10和11首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of chloroform extract from green husk of Juglans sigillata Dode.Methods The chemical components were separated and purified by solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography and SephadexLH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy combined with literature data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as:regiolone(1),4-hydroxy-α-tetralone(2),5-hydroxy-2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinoe(3),betulinic acid(4),methyl linoleate(5),β-sitosterol(6),leanolic acid(7),stigmast-4-en-3-one(8),vanillin(9),galeon(10),Juglanin A(11),5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22(E)-diene-3β-ol(12).Conclusion Compounds 5 and 8 were isolated from genus Juglans for the first time,and compounds 9,10 and 11 were isolated from Juglans sigillata Dode for the first time.
