中药透皮给药技术在骨关节炎防治中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：骨关节炎作为一种慢性关节疾病,近些年来其发病率在不断地上升,一定程度上影响了患者的生活质量。寻求一种疗效好的治疗方式,成为一个亟待解决的问题。骨关节炎的治疗分为中医和西医治疗,口服西药治疗因其副作用大等问题,临床上多采用中药外治法相结合进行治疗,透皮给药作为中医外治法的一种,取得了较好的疗效。文章通过对骨关节炎的发病机制和透皮给药技术在该病防治中的应用现状进行综述,以期为骨关节炎的防治提供参考。As a chronic joint disease,osteoarthritis has experienced a significant increase in recent years,adversely affecting the quality of life of patients to some extent.Therefore,finding an effective treatment mode has become a pressing issue that needs to be addressed.The treatment of osteoarthritis can be divided into traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.However,due to the high side effects associated with oral western medicines,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatments is commonly used clinically.Transdermal administration,as a form of external treatment using traditional Chinese medicine,has demonstrated excellent therapeutic efficacy.This paper aims to summarize the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and explore the application status of transdermal drug administration technology in the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.
