水药罐疗法临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：水药罐疗法是将拔罐疗法和药物疗法联合应用的中医药特色治疗技术,水药罐疗法通常作为辅助疗法,与针灸、推拿、药物、物理治疗等疗法协同作用,增强整体治疗效果。目前,该疗法在运动系统、消化系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、心脑血管系统及五官科、皮肤科疾病等方面均有应用。通过查阅相关文献,系统总结归纳水药罐疗法临床应用的研究进展,拟为其临床应用提供指导。Water medicine cup therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment technology that combines cupping therapy and drug therapy.Water medicine cup therapy is usually used as an adjuvant therapy,which works synergistically with acupuncture,massage,drugs,physical therapy and other therapies to enhance the overall therapeutic effect.At present,The therapy has been applied in the motor system,digestive system,nervous system,respiratory system,urinary system,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system,facial features,skin diseases and so on.By consulting relevant literature,systematically summarizes the research advance of the clinical application of water medicine cupping therapy,and intends to provide guidance for its clinical application.
