安德明主任从湿热论治溃疡性结肠炎临床经验

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,其特征为结直肠黏膜连续性、弥漫性炎症的改变,具有复发率高、治疗难度大、癌变风险大等特点,严重影响患者的身心健康与生活质量。中医药治疗本病效果显著,且复发率低。安德明主任认为治疗时应标本同治,基于清热利湿为标,健脾益气为本的原则遣方用药,病症结合,脏腑合治,在临床中常取得满意疗效。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease characterized by continuous and diffuse inflammatory changes in the colorectal mucosa,which is characterized by a high recurrence rate,high treatment difficulty,and a high risk of carcinoma,and seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Chinese medicine is effective in treating this disease and has low recurrence rate.Director AN De-ming believes that the treatment should be based on the principle of clearing heat and diuresis as the target,strengthening the spleen and benefiting the qi as the principle of prescribing and using medicines,combining diseases and internal organs,and often achieving satisfactory clinical results.
