摘　　要：郑进教授是第六、第七批全国老中医专家学术经验继承工作的指导老师,临床经验丰富。临证中善于从主诉确定理法方药,在治疗过程中,他认为胸痹之本在于本虚标实,以“不通”为其主要病机,病位在胸部,主要是心、肺,在辨证中抓患者主诉,辨明病机进行论治,根据病情,权衡达变,治疗中始终兼顾正气,攻补兼施,调和阴阳,祛邪通痹和补虚宣通并用,擅长使用民族药物治疗取效佳,用药精良,遵古而不泥于古,善用成方而又不拘一方。Professor Zheng Jin is the instructor of the sixth and seventh batch of national old TCM experts,with rich clinical experience.Evidence is good at determining prescriptions from the complaint,in the process of treatment,he thinks that the chest bi is the virtual mark,with“no”as its main pathogenesis,sick in the chest,mainly is the heart,lung,patients in the syndrome differentiation,identify pathogenesis and pathogenesis,according to the condition,weigh to change,always balanced in treatment,tapping,harmonic Yin and Yang,dispel evil through bi and fill deficiency xuan and,good at using good effect,drug medication,ancient but not mud,use ChengFang and not informal.
