摘　　要：小青龙汤为《伤寒论》之名方,具有温肺化饮,化痰止咳之功。陈志斌主任在临床工作中治疗变应性咳嗽、咳嗽变异性哮喘、上气道综合征经验颇丰,其认为上述疾病辨证为“寒饮伏肺”的患者应注重“化寒饮,祛寒痰”,故予小青龙汤灵活化裁治疗,具有明显临床疗效。Xiaoqinglong decoction is the famous recipe of“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,which has the function of warming the lungs to reduce watery phlegm,dissolving phlegm and relieving cough.Director Chen Zhibin believes that patients with allergic cough,cough variant asthma,and upper airway syndrome in Western medicine belong to the syndrome of Hanyinfufei type should pay attention to“dissolving cold drink and dispelling cold phlegm”,so Xiaoqinglong decoction is treated with flexible tailoring,which has obvious clinical efficacy.
