“一指禅”推拿手三阳经治疗颈肩综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“一指禅”推拿手三阳经治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为颈肩综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用一指禅推拿手三阳经治疗;对照组口服塞来昔布治疗,比较治疗前后两组的NDI、CROM评分、NPQ评分、UCLA评分和总的有效率。结果:①组内对比:治疗后两组的NDI、NPQ评分均有明显降低(P<0.05),ROM评分均有显著提高(P<0.05);②两组间对比:治疗组的NDI、NPQ评分降低程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05),治疗组ROM、UCLA评分改善情况较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅推拿手三阳经可显著减轻颈肩综合征患者的颈部疼痛,颈部压痛和上肢放射痛,改善颈椎的活动度及肩关节功能,并提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of“uinone-finger-pushing”manipulation hand Sanyang meridian in the treatment of neck and shoulder syndrome.Methods We recruited 60 patients diagnosed with neck-shoulder syndrome,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with“uinone-finger-pushing”manipulation hand Sanyang meridian,and the control group was treated with oral celecoxib.NDI,CROM score,NPQ score,UCLA score and total effective rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results(1)Intra-group comparison NDI and NPQ score of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while ROM and UCLA score were significantly increased(P<0.05);(2)Comparison between the two groups:NDI and NPQ score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05),and ROM and UCLA score of the treatment group improved better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uinone-finger-pushing manipulation can significantly reduce neck pain,neck tenderness and upper limb radiating pain in patients with neck and shoulder syndrome,improve cervical motion and shoulder joint function,and improve patients quality of life.
