摘　　要：目的探讨新疆某地区三甲医院老年患者住院费用影响因素,为科学合理降低老年患者住院费用提供参考。方法采用Excel2023对新疆某地区三甲医院信息系统调取的2023年1月1日-2023年9月30日5595例65岁及以上老年患者的数据进行整理,进一步通过SPSS 26.0软件进行单因素分析、逐步回归分析,比较不同因素之间住院费用的差异,探究影响住院费用的关键影响因素。结果单因素分析性别、年龄、科室、诊断、参保类型、住院天数以及是否手术均对住院费用产生影响,不同组别的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);逐步回归分析住院天数(t=47.879,p=0.000<0.01)、是否手术(t=15.419,p=0.000<0.01)是影响老年患者住院费用的主要因素。结论老年患者住院费用构成中,检查费用、药品费用对老年患者住院费用的影响最大,加强对医护人员综合素质的培训,开展老年健康教育,提供针对性的医疗服务,缩短住院天数等均能有效控制老年患者住院费用的不合理增长,降低患者住院负担。Objectives This study aims to explore the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of elderly patients in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang,and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for scientifically and reasonably reducing the burden of hospitalization expenses of elderly patients.Methods Excel 2023 was used to sort out the data of 5595 elderly patients aged 65 and above from January 1,2023 to September 30,2023 retrieved from the information system of a tertiary hospital in a certain area of Xinjiang.SPSS 26.0 software was used to perform univariate analysis and stepwise regression analysis to compare the differences in hospitalization expenses among different factors and explore the key influencing factors affecting hospitalization expenses.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that gender,age,department,diagnosis,type of insurance,length of stay and operation had an impact on hospitalization expenses,and the difference between different groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Stepwise regression analysis showed that the length of hospital stay(t=47.879,p=0.000<0.01)and whether surgery was performed(t=15.419,p=0.000<0.01)were the main factors affecting the hospitalization costs of elderly patients.Conclusions In the composition of hospitalization expenses of elderly patients,examination expenses and drug expenses have the greatest impact on the hospitalization expenses of elderly patients.Strengthening the training of comprehensive quality of medical staff,carrying out health education for the elderly,providing targeted medical services,and shortening hospitalization days can effectively control the unreasonable growth of hospitalization expenses of elderly patients and reduce the hospitalization burden of patients.
