摘　　要：目的分析E-Coach健康教育管理模式应用于糖尿病患者对皮下脂肪增生的预防作用。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月在南京江北医院初次行胰岛素注射的糖尿病患者200例,以随机数表法将其分为常规组和研究组,各100例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上结合E-Coach健康教育管理。比较两组干预5个月的皮下脂肪增生发生率、皮下脂肪增生面积、生活质量和自我管理行为状况。结果干预5个月,研究组的皮下脂肪增生发生率(5.00%vs 13.00%)、皮下脂肪增生面积[(93.35±18.07)mm^(2) vs(101.67±20.11)mm^(2)]均低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组的自我管理行为量表得分、生活质量量表得分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论E-Coach健康教育管理模式对糖尿病患者皮下脂肪增生的预防有良好的效果,可提高患者的自我管理行为与生活质量,是一种持续有效的健康管理模式。Objective To analyze the application of E-Coach health education management model on the prevention of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 200 diabetic patients who received insulin injection for the first time in the Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from 2022 January to 2023 December were selected.Patients were divided into the routine group and study group by generation of random numbers,with 100 cases in each group.The patients of routine group were given routine nursing,while the patients of study group were given E-Coach health education management on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia,area of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia,quality of life and self-management behavior were compared between two groups after 5 months of intervention.Results After 5 months of intervention,the incidence(5.00%vs 13.00%)and area of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia[(93.35±18.07)mm^(2) vs(101.67±20.11)mm^(2)]in study group were lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-management behavior scale scores and life quality scale scores in study group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion E-Coach management model has good effect on the prevention of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in diabetic patients,which can improve patients self-management behavior and quality of life.It is the sustainable and effective health management model.
