中医辨证施护联合协同护理模式在老年高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析中医辨证施护联合协同护理模式在老年高血压患者中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1月至12月广西医科大学第二附属医院收治的100例老年高血压患者为研究对象,按照收治的先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。比较两组患者护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(98.00%vs 82.00%,χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.008)。干预后,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者生理机能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精力、精神健康、生理职能、总体健康评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理治疗依从率高于对照组(94.00%vs 76.00%,χ^(2)=6.353,P=0.012)。结论中医辨证施护联合协同护理模式应用于老年高血压可有效改善患者心理状态,提升其生活质量、护理满意度及治疗依从性。Objective To analyze the application value of collaborative nursing mode based on Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.Nursing satisfaction,psychological state,quality of life and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(98.00%vs 82.00%,χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.008).After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and those in observation group were lower compared to control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical functioning,bodily pain,social functioning,role-emotional,vitality,mental health,role-physical,general health of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher compared to control group(P<0.05).The nursing treatment compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(94.00%vs 76.00%,χ^(2)=6.353,P=0.012).Conclusion The application of Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with collaborative nursing mode in elderly hypertension can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve their quality of life,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance.
