摘　　要：目的探讨护理专案改善方法在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中护理的应用效果。方法选取郑州市中心医院2022年7月至2023年6月收治的156例行颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的患者作为研究对象。2022年7—12月纳入患者为对照组,2023年1—6月纳入患者为观察组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组开展护理专案改善方案。比较两组患者在干预后的并发症发生率及护理满意度差异。结果开展护理专案改善方案的观察组护理总体满意率高于改善方案实施前的对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论组织实施颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的术中护理专案改善活动可以有效提高患者的护理满意率,促进护理质量的总体提升。Objective To explore the effect of nursing project improvement in the cerebral aneurysm embolization.Methods A total of 156 patients who underwent cerebral aneurysm embolization from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected.The patients from July to December in 2022 were selected as the control group,and the patients from January to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given nursing project improvement.The difference of complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group before the implementation of the improvement project,and the postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Organizing intraoperative nursing program improvement activities for cerebral aneurysm embolization can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate of patients,and promote the overall improvement of nursing quality.
