基于情境代入的床旁护理模式干预对脑梗死患者负性情绪及认知水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于情境代入的床旁护理模式干预对脑梗死患者负性情绪及认知水平的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2023年6—11月收治的102例脑梗死患者,依据入院顺序分为研究组(51例)、常规组(51例)。常规组行常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上采用基于情境代入床旁护理模式干预。统计对比两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、洛文斯顿认知功能评定表(LOTCA)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活评定量表(ADL)、依从性。结果与常规组相比,干预后研究组ADL、MMSE评分更高,NIHSS、SAS、HAMD评分更低(P<0.05);干预后研究组注意与集中、思维运作、知觉、定向、视运动组织评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于情境代入床旁护理模式干预脑梗死患者可改善患者负性情绪,提高认知水平及生活能力,提高患者依从性。Objective To explore the effect of situational substitution bedside nursing intervention on negative emotions and cognitive level of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June to November 2023 were selected and divided into study group(51 cases)and conventional group(51 cases)according to the order of admission.The conventional group received routine nursing,while the study group received bedside nursing intervention based on the situation.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOTCA)score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily livingscore(ADL),and compliance were statistically compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the study group had higher scores of ADL and MMSE and lower scores of NIHSS,SAS and HAMD after the intervention(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of attention and concentration,thinking operation,perception,orientation,and optomotor organization in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the compliance rate of the study group was higher than of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational substitution bedside nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can improve patients’negative emotions,improve cognitive level and living ability,and improve patients’compliance.
