摘 要:目的:探究2型糖尿病合并无症状性尿路感染患者的病原菌分布情况及药敏结果。方法:选取2023年1—12月宜春市人民医院接诊的60例2型糖尿病无症状性尿路感染患者,行病原学培养及药敏试验检测,分析致病菌分布特征及药敏结果。结果:60例无症状性尿路感染者中共检出病原菌84株,其中8例患者同时检出2种及以上病原菌。无症状性尿路感染者病原菌检测结果显示:大肠埃希菌检出率最高,占比59.26%(48/84);肺炎克雷伯菌次之,占比23.81%(20/84)。大肠埃希菌对依替米星、哌拉西林药性较高,耐药率分别是66.67%、43.75%;肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性对氨苄西林、环丙沙星耐药性较高,耐药率分别为70.00%、65.00%;在药敏试验中,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南的耐药率均为0。结论:2型糖尿病合并无症状性尿路感染患者的病原菌分布中以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌占比较高,二者对依替米星、哌拉西林、氨苄西林、环丙沙星的耐药性偏高,而对亚胺培南的耐药性相对较低。Objective:To investigate the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug sensitivity of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with asymptomatic urinary tract infection.Method:Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus asymptomatic urinary tract infection admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected for etiological culture and drug sensitivity test,and the distribution characteristics of pathogens and drug sensitivity results were analyzed.Result:A total of 84 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 60 patients with asymptomatic urinary tract infection,of which 8 patients had two or more pathogens at the same time.The detection of pathogenic bacteria in asymptomatic urinary tract infection showed that the detection rate of Escherichia coli was the highest,accounting for 59.26%(48/84).Klebsiella pneumoniae followed,accounting for 23.81%(20/84).The drug resistance of Escherichia coli to Etimicin and Piperacillin was 66.67%and 43.75%,respectively.The resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae to Ampicillin and Ciprofloxacin was 70.00%and 65.00%,respectively.In the drug susceptibility test,the resistance rate of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to Imipenem was 0.Conclusion:Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae accounted for a high proportion of pathogenic bacteria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with asymptomatic urinary tract infection,both of which have high resistance to Etimicin,Piperacillin,Ampicillin and Ciprofloxacin,while their resistance to Imipenem is relatively low.
