针刺联合地黄饮子合知柏地黄汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺联合地黄饮子合知柏地黄汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年6月在枣庄市妇幼保健院治疗的PCOS患者120例,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,各60例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以针刺联合地黄饮子合知柏地黄汤。对比两组中医证候积分、性激素水平、卵巢微循环、子宫内膜厚度(Em)、卵泡直径大于等于12 mm(FD≥12 mm)卵泡数量、最大卵泡直径(最大FD)。结果:治疗后,两组多毛、闭经、月经稀发、头晕耳鸣、阴道干涩、乳房胀痛评分均较治疗前降低,研究组上述积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)均较治疗前降低,且研究组上述指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)均较治疗前降低,且研究组上述指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Em、FD≥12 mm、最大FD均较治疗前升高,且研究组上述指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合地黄饮子合知柏地黄汤治疗PCOS,可调节激素水平,改善卵巢微循环,提高排卵率。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 120 PCOS patients treated at Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,sex hormone levels,ovarian microcirculation,endometrial thickness(Em),number of follicles with a diameter greater than or equal to 12 mm(FD≥12 mm),and maximum follicle diameter(FD)were compared in two groups.Result:After treatment,scores of hirsutism,amenorrhea,oligomenorrhea,dizziness and tinnitus,vaginal dryness,and breast pain in two groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in both groups were decreased compared to those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of both groups decreased compared to those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Em,FD≥12 mm,and maximum FD in two groups were increased compared to those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can regulate hormone
