摘　　要：Castleman病(Castleman disease,CD)是一种慢性、非肿瘤性免疫增生性罕见病。也是一种非干酪性淋巴结增殖性病变,又称血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生、巨大淋巴结增生症,其病理形态多样,临床表现和治疗策略高度异质性,易被误诊为多种常见病,应引起临床重视。该病的确诊有赖于淋巴结活检,治疗以手术、化疗、抗CD20单克隆抗体和抗白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)单克隆抗体为主。本文就Castleman病的最新进展进行分析、归纳和总结,为该病的诊断与治疗提供参考。Castleman disease(CD)is a chronic,non-neoplastic immunoproliferative rare disease,which is a non-caseating lymph node proliferative disease,also known as angiofollicular lymphoid tissue hyperplasia or giant lymph node hyperplasia.Its pathological morphology is diverse,and its clinical manifestations and treatment strategies are highly heterogeneous.It can be easily misdiagnosed as a variety of common diseases and should be paid close attention in clinic.The diagnosis of the disease depends on lymph node biopsy,and the main treatments include surgery,chemotherapy,anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies,and anti-interleukin-6(IL-6)monoclonal antibodies.This article analyzes and summarizes the latest progress in Castleman disease,to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
