注水式结肠镜结合前置短透明帽在结肠息肉检查中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析注水式结肠镜结合前置短透明帽在结肠息肉检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月接受结肠息肉检查的患者164例,以抛硬币法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组82例。对照组实施常规结肠镜检查,观察组实施注水式结肠镜结合前置短透明帽检查,比较两组检查所需时间、息肉检出率、腹胀和腹痛程度、并发症发生情况及患者检查满意度。结果:观察组达盲时间、退镜时间、检查总时间明显短于对照组,息肉检出率明显高于对照组,腹胀视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腹痛VAS评分明显低于对照组,检查总满意率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注水式结肠镜结合前置短透明帽能提高结肠息肉检出率,缩短检查时间,减轻患者不适,提高患者满意度,且安全性良好。Objective:To analyze the application effect of water-injected colonoscopy combined with short transparent front cap in the examination of colon polyps.Methods:A total of 164 patients with relevant indications who underwent colon polyp examination in hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomized,and 82 patients in each group.The control group underwent routine colonoscopy,and the observation group underwent water-injected colonoscopy combined with a short transparent cap in front of the group,and the time required for examination,polyp detection rate,degree of abdominal distension and abdominal pain,incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The time to blinding,the time of withdrawal and the total time of examination in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the polyp detection rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of abdominal distension and abdominal pain VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences in the above indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was similar to that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Water injection colonoscopy combined with a short transparent front cap can improve the detection rate of colon polyps,shorten the examination time,reduce patient discomfort,improve patient satisfaction,and has good safety.
