摘　　要：目的:探讨核磁共振成像增强扫描患者在检查期间接受全方位系统护理的干预效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月收治的197例核磁共振成像增强扫描患者,以随机数字表法分为A组(98例)和B组(99例)。A组采用常规检查护理,B组采用常规检查护理+全方位系统护理干预。比较两组各项指标。结果:干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后B组各项安全质量评分、护理满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良事件发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核磁共振成像增强扫描患者在检查期间接受全方位系统护理干预,可有效改善其心理状态,提高安全质量和护理满意度,减少不良事件的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive systematic nursing intervention on patients with magnetic resonance imaging enhanced scan during examination.Methods:A total of 197 patients with enhanced magnetic resonance imaging scan admitted from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,the group A(98 cases,routine examination and nursing)and the group B(99 cases,routine examination and nursing+comprehensive system nursing intervention).Group A received routine examination and nursing,while Group B received routine examination and nursing and comprehensive system nursing intervention.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and group B was lower than group A,with significant differences(P<0.05);after nursing,the safety quality scores and nursing satisfaction of group B were higher than those of group A,with significant differences(<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in group B was lower than that in group A,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive systematic nursing intervention for patients with enhanced magnetic resonance imaging during examination can effectively improve their psychological state,improve safety quality and nursing satisfaction,and help reduce adverse events.
