摘　　要：目的:调查四川省重症监护室(ICU)护士对机械通气雾化吸入治疗知信行现状及其影响因素,为规范机械通气雾化吸入治疗操作提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2023年11月3日—2023年12月28日自行设计的ICU护士机械通气雾化吸入治疗知信行调查问卷对四川省7所二级及以上综合医院ICU的141名护士进行调查。结果:共回收有效问卷141份。四川省ICU护士机械通气雾化吸入的知识、态度、行为各维度百分制得分分别为(64.52±15.34)分、(87.10±13.77)分、(77.40±17.37)分,合格率分别为60.77%,100.00%和86.92%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,护士职称和是否参加机械通气雾化吸入治疗培训是ICU护士雾化吸入治疗知信行的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:四川省ICU护士对机械通气雾化吸入治疗的态度积极,但理论知识相对较差,缺乏规范的操作流程。护理管理者应加强机械通气雾化吸入治疗知识、临床实践操作的相关培训,特别是低年资护士。Objective:To investigate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of nurses in intensive care unit(ICU)on mechanical ventilation nebulization and its influencing factors.To provide the basis for regulating the operation of mechanical ventilation atomizing inhalation therapy.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge and practice of 141 ICU nurses in 7 secondary and tertiary general hospitals in sichuan province from November 3 to December 28,2023 by convenience sampling method.Results:The scores of mechanical ventilation nebulization knowledge,attitude and behavior were(64.52±15.34)points,(87.10±13.77)points and(77.40±17.37)points,respectively.The qualified rates were 60.77%,100.00% and 86.92%,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the professional title and whether to participate in mechanical ventilation nebulization therapy training were the influential factors of ICU nurses'knowledge and practice of nebulization therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU nurses in sichuan province had a positive attitude towards mechanical ventilation nebulization therapy,but their theoretical knowledge was relatively poor and they lacked standardized operating procedures.Nursing managers should strengthen the training of mechanical ventilation nebulization treatment knowledge and clinical practice,especially the nurses with low seniority.
