摘　　要：本文主要利用《清代新疆档案选辑》及相关资料,从案例和数据入手,揭示吐鲁番市场的工资级别是由劳动力价值、市场供求关系、交易成本及风险等多种因素决定的。雇工兼债务人、股权人、投资人等多种身份,体现了金融市场向劳动力市场的渗透。地方政府对市场秩序的规范和监督,保证了市场竞争的有序展开。同时,内地移民在市场需求、技术转移等方面发挥了积极作用。这一切,反映了吐鲁番劳动力市场经济的发展。This essay utilizes recently published documents from The Selected Archives of Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty and related historical materials to isolate the factors determining the wage level in Turpan.By examining lawsuits and data from the sources,it finds that the wage level of the Turpan market is determined by various factors including labor value,market supply and demand,as well as transaction costs and risks.That wage laborers were also found to be active in the market as debtors,equity holders,investors and in other ways reflects the penetration of financial markets into the labor market.The local government’s regulation and supervision of the market order ensured the orderly development of market competition.At the same time,immigrants from China proper played an active role in determining market demand and effecting technology transfers.All these developments reflect the evolution of the Turpan labor market economy.
