摘　　要：单纯输卵管性不孕是指由于输卵管内部或其周围病变引起的不孕症,属于中医“全不产”“断绪”范畴。川蜀衷中参西妇科流派认为本病病位在盆腔,病机乃冲任瘀滞,夹湿,夹热,与五脏密切相关,基于“整体观念”中医理论,提出多元化给药的治疗方案。Tubal factor infertility is caused by fallopian tubes or pelvic diseases, which belongs to the category of Quanbuchan and Duanxu. Chuanshu TCM gynecology schools thinks it locates in the pelvic cavity, the pathogenesis is the block of Chong channel and Ren channel, and it is related to the the five-zang organs. Based on the theory of Holistic Thinking, we think the treatment should be diversified and individualized.
