循经穴位按摩联合李氏铜砭刮痧治疗肝郁痰凝型乳癖疼痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究循经穴位按摩联合李氏铜砭刮痧治疗肝郁痰凝型乳癖疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院在2021年10月~2023年10月期间收治的80例肝郁痰凝型乳癖患者进行研究,根据治疗方法分为对照组39例(予以常规中西药治疗)、观察组41例(在对照组的基础上予以循经穴位按摩联合李氏铜砭刮痧治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度[简式McGill疼痛询问量表(Short-form MCGill Pain Questionnair,SF-MPQ)]、乳腺超声指标及乳房肿块症状积分、氧化应激水平[丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)]、生活质量[健康调查简表(the MOS 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)]以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组与对照组总疗效率分别为76.92%、92.73%,观察组总疗效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后SF-MPQ量表各指标评分均下降,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后两组乳腺层厚度缩小、输乳管内径缩短、症状积分减小,且观察组乳腺层厚度小于对照组,输乳管内径短于对照组,症状积分少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后MDA水平下降,SOD水平上升,且观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SF-36评分比治疗前均上升,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组(14.63%)不良反应发生率高于对照组(7.69%)(P>0.05)。结论:循经穴位按摩联合李氏铜砭刮痧治疗可有效改善肝郁痰凝型乳癖患者临床疗效,缓解疼痛程度,减轻氧化应激反应程度,缩小肿块,值得应用。Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with Li s Tongbian GuaSha in the treatment of liver depression and coagulated phlegm.Methods:A total of 80patients with liver depression and coagulated milk feticosis treated in our hospital from October 2021to October 2023were selected for the study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group(39cases were treated with conventional Chinese and Western medicine)and observation group(41cases were treated with acupressure combined with Li s Tongbian Gua Sha on the basis of control group).The clinical efficacy,pain level[Short-form MCGill Pain Questionnair(SF-MPQ)],breast ultrasound index and breast mass symptom score,and oxidative stress level[Malondialdehyde(MDA),Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)],quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)],and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of control group(76.92%)was lower than that of observation group(92.73%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-MPQ scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of breast layer,inner diameter of lactation tube and symptom score of the two groups decreased,and the thickness of breast layer in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the inner diameter of lactation tube was shorter than that in the control group,and symptom score was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05);MDA level decreased and SOD level increased in the two groups(P<0.05);SF-36scores in the two groups were increased compared with(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(14.63%)was higher than that in control group(7.69%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xunjing acupoint massage combined with Li s Tongbian Gua Sha treatment can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with liver depression and phlegm,relieve pain,reduce the degree of oxidative stress reaction,reduce the mas
