疏肝补肾汤联合经皮射频热凝消融术对椎间盘源性腰痛的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝补肾汤联合经皮射频热凝消融术对椎间盘源性腰痛的改善作用。方法选取医院2021年7月至2022年7月收治的椎间盘源性腰痛患者102例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各51例。两组患者均予经皮射频热凝消融术治疗,观察组患者加用疏肝补肾汤治疗。结果观察组治疗总优良率为96.08%,显著高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著低于对照组,日本骨科协会(JOA)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾汤联合经皮射频热凝消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛,有利于提高治疗效果,改善腰椎功能,减轻痛苦,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the improvement effect of Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ablation on discogenic lower back pain.Methods A total of 102 patients with discogenic lower back pain admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group in order of admission,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ablation,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Shugan Bushen Decoction.Results The total excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen Decoction combined with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ablation in the treatment of discogenic lower back pain is beneficial for improving treatment efficacy,improving lumbar function,alleviating pain,and improving quality of life.
