摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合中药治疗帕金森病经颅电刺激(DBS)术后的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年12月至2023年3月收治的接受DBS术的帕金森病患者24例,随机分为西药组(给予盐酸氨溴索)和中西医联合组(在西药组基础上联用中药),各12例。比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果中西医联合组患者治疗后的韦伯斯特(Webster)量表和UPDRS评分均显著高于西药组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合中药治疗帕金森病DBS术后的临床疗效较好,可改善其临床症状,减少并发症,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease after transcranial electrical stimulation(DBS)surgery.Methods A total of 24 Parkinson′s disease patients who underwent DBS surgery in the hospital from December 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the Western medicine group(treated with ambroxol hydrochloride)and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine in addition to Western medicine),with 12 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The Webster scale and UPDRS scores in the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly higher than those in the Western medicine group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease after DBS surgery has good clinical efficacy,which can improve its clinical symptoms,reduce complications,and has good safety.
