重组甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平治疗老年2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重组甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2023年1月至12月收治的老年2型糖尿病患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者予重组甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用拜糖平治疗,均持续治疗3个月。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,显著高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.88%,显著低于对照组的17.65%(P<0.05);观察组患者的血糖水平(糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖)、体质量指数和腰围均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组甘精胰岛素联合拜糖平治疗老年2型糖尿病,能有效改善临床症状,调节血糖水平,控制体质量,减少不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant insulin glargine combined with betaxapine in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant glargine insulin,while the observation group was treated with Baitangping in addition to the control group.Both groups were ttreated for 3 months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 79.41%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than the 17.65%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels(glycated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose),body mass index,and waist circumference in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant insulin glargine combined with betaxapine in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes can effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate blood glucose levels,control body mass and reduce adverse reactions.
