布地奈德联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年11月至2023年11月收治的小儿病毒性肺炎患儿98例,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。两组患儿均予基础治疗及重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗,观察组加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,两组均持续治疗7 d。结果观察组总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的咳嗽气喘、胸闷气短、发热、湿罗音改善时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3,7 d后白细胞介素6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎,能缩短病程,减轻症状,改善呼吸功能,提升临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with interferon nebulization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric viral pneumonia.Methods A total of 98 pediatric patients with viral pneumonia admitted to the hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the lottery method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment and nebulized inhalation therapy of recombinant human interferonα1b.The observation group received nebulized inhalation therapy of budesonide suspension,and both groups received treatment for 7 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of cough,asthma,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fever,and moist rales in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The forced lung capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,and peak expiratory flow rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 d of treatment,the level of interleukin-6 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide and interferon nebulization inhalation can shorten the course of pediatric viral pneumonia,alleviate symptoms,improve respiratory function,and enhance clinical efficacy.
