摘　　要：目的分析进展期圆锥角膜患者接受快速角膜胶原交联手术围术期干预的效果。方法选取医院2021年1月1日至2022年12月31日收治的进展期圆锥角膜手术患者200例,按就诊时间分为对照组(2021年1月1日至12月31日)和观察组(2022年1月1日至12月31日),各100例。对照组患者予常规干预,观察组患者予围术期干预。结果观察组患者等效球镜度(SE)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、角膜前表面最大曲率(Kmax)、最薄点角膜厚度(TCT)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),角膜内皮细胞密度(ECD)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为7.00%,显著低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的95.00%(P<0.05)。结论优质围术期护理用于接受快速角膜胶原交联手术治疗的进展期圆锥角膜患者,能改善手术预后效果,减少并发症,提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative intervention on patients with advanced keratoconus undergoing rapid corneal collagen cross-linking surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with advanced keratoconus surgery admitted to the hospital from January 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected and divided into the control group(January 1,2021 to December 31,2022)and the observation group(January 1,2022 to December 31,2022)according to their visit time,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received perioperative intervention.Results The equivalent spherical power(SE),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),maximum curvature of the corneal anterior surface(Kmax),and thinnest corneal thickness(TCT)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the corneal endothelial cell density(ECD)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 95.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality perioperative nursing for advanced keratoconus patients undergoing rapid corneal collagen cross-linking surgery can improve surgical prognosis,reduce complications,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
