间苯三酚联合米索前列醇用于围绝经期妇女取环术中效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚联合米索前列醇在围绝经期妇女取环术中的应用效果。方法选取医院2023年8月至2024年7月收治的围绝经期取环妇女88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组予米索前列醇,观察组予米索前列醇、间苯三酚。比较两组的宫颈软化程度、术中综合反应、疼痛程度、取环结果。结果观察组宫颈软化程度、综合反应、疼痛程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组取环成功率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合米索前列醇应用于围绝经期妇女取环术,可改善宫颈软化程度,减轻术中的综合反应,缓解疼痛程度,提升取环成功率。Objective To investigate the application effect of triphenylphenol combined with misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine devices in perimenopausal women.Methods A total of 88 perimenopausal women who underwent IUD removal from August 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given misoprostol,while the observation group was given misoprostol and phloroglucinol.The degree of cervical softening,intraoperative comprehensive response,pain level,and removal results between the two groups were compared.Results The degree of cervical softening,comprehensive response,and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of ring removal in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of triphenylphenol and misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine devices in perimenopausal women can improve the degree of cervical softening,reduce comprehensive reactions during surgery,alleviate pain,and improve the success rate of removal.
