摘　　要：目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2022年8月至2023年10月收治的抑郁症患者106例,按治疗方案的不同分为对照组(予草酸艾司西酞普兰)和观察组(予草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量喹硫平),各53例。比较两组患者的抑郁症状改善情况、不良反应(口干、腹泻、恶心)发生情况及临床疗效。结果观察组患者的抑郁症状改善情况与临床疗效显著优于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症,可改善抑郁症状,提高临床疗效,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with low-dose quetiapine in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 106 patients with depression admitted to the hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(treated with escitalopram oxalate)and the observation group(treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with low-dose quetiapine)according to different treatment plans,with 53 cases in each group.The improvement of depressive symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions(dry mouth,diarrhea,nausea),and clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The improvement of depression symptoms and clinical efficacy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with low-dose quetiapine in the treatment of depression can improve depressive symptoms,enhance clinical efficacy,and has good safety.
