常规麻醉药物联合右美托咪定用于急性缺血性脑卒中血管内介入治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨常规麻醉药物联合右美托咪定在急性缺血性脑卒中血管内介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年3月至2020年3月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者60例,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均予常规麻醉药物(咪唑安定、顺式阿曲库铵、舒芬太尼),观察组患者在此基础上加用盐酸右美托咪定。结果观察组患者的手术时长、麻醉恢复时间、拔管时间均显著少于对照组;APACHEⅡ评分量表、格拉斯哥昏迷指数评分量表、Steward苏醒评分量表评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论常规麻醉药物联合右美托咪定应用于急性缺血性脑卒中血管内介入治疗,可改善临床相关指标,促进患者恢复,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the application effects of conventional anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine in intravascular intervention treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional anesthetic drugs(midazolam,cisatracurium,sufentanil),while the observation group was given dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on this basis.Results The surgical duration,anesthesia recovery time,and extubation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The APACHEⅡScale,Glasgow Coma Index Scale,and Steward Awakening Scale scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of conventional anesthetic drugs and dexmedetomidine can be used for intravascular intervention treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which can improve clinical indicators,promote patient recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
