摘　　要：目的比较肌骨超声和磁共振成像(MRI)诊断创伤性浅表软组织损伤的效果。方法选取河北省廊坊市人民医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的疑似(或确诊为)创伤性浅表软组织损伤患和MRI检查者96例。患者均接受肌骨超声和MRI检查,将手术病理结果作为依据,比较2种检查方法阳性和阴性检出情况,比较2种检查方法在诊断效能和对不同病灶的检出情况的差异。结果2种检查方法的阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2种检查方法的敏感度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值无显著差异(P>0.05)。肌骨超声检查的半月板撕裂检查准确率显著低于MRI检查(P<0.05)。结论肌骨超声和MRI用于创伤性浅表软组织损伤诊断效果相当。Objective To compare the effects of musculoskeletal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury.Methods A total of 96 patients with suspected(or confirmed)traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries admitted to the Langfang People′s Hospital in Hebei from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.The patients were examined by musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI,and the results of surgical pathology were used as the basis for comparing the positive and negative detections of the two methods,and comparing the differences in diagnostic efficacy and detection of different lesions between the two methods.Results The positive detection rates of the two methods were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the two methods were not significantly different(P>0.05).The accuracy of meniscus tear examination by musculoskeletal ultrasound was significantly lower than that by MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion Musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI are similar for the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries.
