摘 要:目的探讨产科个性化孕期营养教育对孕期体质量管理、妊娠并发症及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的孕妇200例,按接受营养指导方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组孕妇接受常规产前检查与传统营养指导,观察组孕妇接受产科个性化孕期营养教育。结果与对照组比较,观察组孕妇孕期体质量增长合适率显著更高,妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压、剖宫产、产后出血、巨大儿、新生儿窒息的发生率均显著更低(P<0.05)。结论产科个性化孕期营养教育能合理控制孕期的体质量,降低妊娠期并发症的发生风险,改善妊娠结局。Objective To investigate the effects of personalized pregnancy nutrition education in obstetrics on the management of body mass during pregnancy,pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different ways of receiving nutritional guidance,with 100 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the control group received routine prenatal checkups and traditional nutritional guidance,while pregnant women in the observation group received personalized pregnancy nutritional education in the obstetrics department.Results Compared with those in the control group,pregnant women in the observation group had a significantly higher rate of appropriate growth in body mass during pregnancy,and the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus,gestational hypertension,cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,macrosomia,and neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized pregnancy nutrition education in obstetrics can reasonably control pregnancy body mass,reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
