摘　　要：目的探讨康复治疗对自然分娩、产钳助产产妇盆底肌功能恢复的影响。方法选取医院2022年2月至2023年2月收治的产妇80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组产妇予自然分娩,研究组产妇予产钳助产,两组产妇均予康复治疗。结果研究组和对照组产妇的轻度和重度尿失禁、脏器脱垂发生率,性生活满意度均相当(P>0.05)。结论康复治疗均可恢复自然分娩、产钳助产产妇的盆底肌功能。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in women after natural delivery and forceps-assisted delivery.Methods A total of 80 delivery women admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The women in the control group were given natural delivery,while the women in the study group were assisted with forceps,and both groups were given rehabilitation treatment.Results The incidence of mild and severe urinary incontinence,organ prolapse,and satisfaction rate of sexual life between the study group and the control group were comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation treatments are available to restore the function of the pelvic floor muscles in women after natural delivery and forceps-assisted delivery.
