安全护理模式用于儿童重症监护护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨安全护理模式在儿童重症监护护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年12月至2023年12月收治的重症监护患儿100例,按护理模式的不同分为对照组(采用常规护理)和观察组(采用安全护理模式),各50例。比较两组患儿的不良反应发生率、家属及患儿满意度评分。结果观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组患儿及家属满意度评分为(94.25±2.03)分,显著高于对照组的(86.24±2.75)分(t=16.570,P=0.000)。结论安全护理模式用于重症监护患儿的护理效果良好,能降低患儿的不良反应发生率,提高患儿及家属的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of safe nursing model in children's intensive care.Methods A total of 100 children in intensive care admitted to the hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(routine care)and the observation group(safe nursing mode)according to the different nursing modes,with 50 in each group.The incidence of adverse reactions,satisfaction scores of families and children in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of the children and their families in the observation group were(94.25±2.03)points,which were significantly higher than(86.24±2.75)points in the control group(t=16.570,P=0.000).Conclusion The safe nursing model applied to the children in intensive care has a good effect,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children,and improve the satisfaction of children and their families.
