摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理指导对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能的影响。方法选取医院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的COPD稳定期患者58例,按护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者予常规基础护理,观察组患者予康复护理指导。结果观察组患者的护理服务满意度为96.55%,显著高于对照组的75.86%(P<0.05);观察组患者的急性发作率为10.34%,显著低于对照组的37.93%(P<0.05);观察组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)、FEV1、呼气流量峰值(PEF)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的抑郁、焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理指导用于COPD稳定期患者的效果良好,可改善患者的肺功能指标,消除抑郁、焦虑情绪,提升护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing guidance on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the stable stage.Methods A total of 58 patients with stable COPD admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the difference in nursing care,with 29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine basic care,and the patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing guidance.Results The satisfaction rate of nursing service of patients in the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 75.86%in the control group(P<0.05);the acute exacerbation rate of patients in the observation group was 10.34%,which was significantly lower than 37.93%in the control group(P<0.05);the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to the forced vital capacity in the patients in the observation group(FEV1/FVC),FEV1 and peak expiratory flow(PEF)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing guidance for patients with stable COPD is effective,which can improve patients'pulmonary function indexes,eliminate depression and anxiety,and increase nursing satisfaction.
