摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理理念用于甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的价值。方法选择医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的进行手术治疗的双侧结节性甲状腺肿患者46例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组患者予常规围术期护理模式,观察组患者予快速康复外科护理理念指导下围术期护理。结果观察组患者麻醉苏醒时间、术后住院天数、术后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、护理满意度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为4.35%,显著低于对照组的30.43%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理理念用于甲状腺手术患者,能改善患者的预后,减少并发症,提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To invesitigate the value of rapid recovery surgical nursing concept in the perioperative care of patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 46 patients with bilateral nodulargoiter who underwent surgical treatment and admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received perioperative care guided by the rapid recovery surgery concept.Results The anesthesia recovery time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)and nursing satisfaction scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 30.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid recovery surgical nursing concept can improve the prognosis of patients undergoing thyroid surgery,reduce the occurrence of complications,and enhance nursing satisfaction of patients.
