复合保温干预手术室护理用于剖宫产效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析复合保温干预手术室护理在剖宫产中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年5月至2023年6月收治的实施剖宫产的产妇60例,按双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行手术室常规保温护理,观察组行复合保温干预手术室护理,比较两组产妇的热舒适度、低体温和寒战发生情况,以及产妇凝血指标变化。结果对照组产妇T0时的鼓膜温度偏高,观察组产妇T0时的鼓膜温度高于T_(2)-T_(7),对照组产妇T_(1)-T_(7)时的鼓膜温度显著低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组出现低体温、寒战的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的热舒适度显著低于对照组,凝血指标凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)稍短于对照组,纤维蛋白原(Fib)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合保温干预手术室护理应用于剖宫产分娩产妇,能确保产妇的体温稳定,杜绝低体温等不良事件的发生,同时能去除产妇的热舒适度。Objective To analyze the application effect of composite insulation intervention in operating room nursing during cesarean section.Methods Sixty postpartum women who underwent cesarean section in the hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine insulation care in the operating room,while the observation group received composite insulation intervention in the operating room.The thermal comfort,hypothermia,shivering and their coagulation indicators in the two groups were compared.Results The tympanic membrane temperature in the control group at T0 was higher than that in the observation group at T_(2)-T_(7),while the tympanic membrane temperature in the control group at T_(1)-T_(7)was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia and shivering in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The thermal comfort in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the coagulation indicators prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and thrombin time(TT)were slightly shorter than those in the control group,while the fibrinogen(Fib)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of composite insulation intervention in operating room nursing for cesarean section delivery women can ensure the stability of their body temperature,prevent adverse events such as hypothermia,and reduce their thermal comfort.
