摘　　要：目的评价心理护理干预应用于阴道镜下宫颈活检的效果。方法选取医院妇产科2022年3月至5月收治的行阴道镜下宫颈活检患者4500例,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各2250例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组行心理护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),依从性和护理效果均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于阴道镜下宫颈活检,可帮助患者应对情绪困扰,提高其对检查的配合度和对医务人员的信赖,使患者保持放松的身心状态,提高检查的舒适度,减少不良事件的发生,获得更高的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on cervical biopsy under colposcopy.Methods A total of 4500 patients who underwent cervical biopsy under colposcopy in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from March to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 2250 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received psychological nursing care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance and nursing effectiveness were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in cervical biopsy under colposcopy can help patients cope with emotional distress,improve their cooperation with the examination and trust in medical staff,maintain a relaxed physical and mental state,improve the comfort of the examination,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and achieve higher satisfaction.
