摘　　要：目的探讨创造性故事疗法联合功率自行车护理对老年轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者认知功能的改善作用。方法选取医院2023年7月至2024年6月收治的老年MCI患者50例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予创造性故事疗法联合功率自行车护理。结果与护理前比较,两组患者护理后5,10,15 d的简易精神状态检查量表、Barthel指数评定量表评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论创造性故事疗法联合功率自行车护理能改善老年MCI患者的认知功能、精神状态、情绪状态和日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effect of creative storytelling therapy combined with power cycling care on the improvement of cognitive function in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with MCI admitted to the hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional care,and the patients in the observation group were given creative storytelling therapy combined with power cycling care.Results Compared with those in the care,the scores of Simple Mental State Examination Scale and the Barthel Index Scale in the two groups were significantly higher at 5,10,and 15 d after the care,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing,the anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale scores in the two groups were significantly reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Creative storytelling therapy combined with power cycling care can improve the cognitive function,mental state,emotional state and activity of daily living of patients with MCI.
